LeavePlan is a free, browser-based tool that helps you plan annual leave by detecting public-holiday bridges and matching optimized windows to travel destinations. The Service requires no account creation and does not charge any fees.

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

While we make every effort to keep public holiday data accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct, or current for every country and year. Public holidays are subject to change by government authorities, sometimes at short notice.

Leave plans generated by the Service are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for verifying dates with your employer, local authorities, and any travel providers before making bookings or decisions based on the Service's output.

The Service does not provide legal, employment, financial, or travel advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes advice on your specific employment contract, leave entitlements, or legal obligations. Always consult the appropriate professional or your employer's HR policies for guidance specific to your situation.

All content, design, code, and data compilations on the Service are the property of LeavePlan or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

You retain ownership of any inputs you provide (e.g., the leave plans you create). By using the sharing feature you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to encode and serve that data via a share link on your behalf.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or booking platforms. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content, practices, or policies of those sites and accept no responsibility for them. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or US $10, whichever is greater.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Transmit harmful, abusive, or objectionable content through share links or any other feature.
